This is a growth hire, not a replacement, joining a small tech team to build high-impact products.The RoleYou will work on the frontend of a Django application, collaborating closely with designers, UI and UX specialists, and feature managers to deliver clean, accessible, and well-structured user interfaces. This role suits someone who enjoys building robust frontends without unnecessary complexity and prefers clarity over hype.Tech Stack
* Django with a frontend focus
* Vanilla JavaScript (not reliant on existing front end libraries)
* Bootstrap

What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience building frontend features using Django
* Strong vanilla JavaScript skills
* Confidence working from designs and collaborating with design teams
* Logical, thoughtful problem solver who enjoys reasoning challenges
* Comfortable being office based and working closely with others
* A genuine interest in Tech4Good and purpose-driven work
Working Pattern
* Before probation: 4 to 5 days per week in the office
* After probation: 3 days per week in the office This role suits someone who enjoys being around people rather than fully remote work.
