Data Quality Analyst
Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break)
Maidstone, UK (Hybrid working)
£26,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
My client is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join their team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping data accurate, reliable, and compliant across their business systems. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring, validating, and resolving data quality issues, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and meets regulatory standards.
Duties Include:
1. Review, check, and verify application data in line with defined procedures and protocols
2. Liaise with customers to ensure accurate and complete information is provided
3. Monitor governance reports and data quality checks daily, resolving issues as required
4. Support and respond to incoming data accuracy challenges
5. Liaise with external regulatory bodies to improve data quality and compliance processes
6. Assist with the maintenance and updating of reference data lists in line with regulatory updates
7. Communicate process changes clearly to internal client services teams
8. Identify, report, and track system or platform issues impacting data quality in collaboration with product teams
9. Provide data quality support and guidance to client-facing teams
10. Assist with annual audits, accreditation reviews, and governance activities
11. Support ad-hoc project work as required
To be successful you must have/be:

16. Previous experience in a data-entry, data quality, or support role (minimum 1 year preferred)
17. Additional languages are advantageous but not essential
