Job Title: Registered Manager – Adult residential - Learning Disabilities
Salary: £38,000.00 per anum
Hours: Permanent / Full-time – 40 Hours
Location: Lydd-on-Sea

Overview:
A well-established residential service is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a compassionate team providing support to adults with learning disabilities. This service is set in a semi-rural location and offers a peaceful working environment across beautiful grounds.
You will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the service, from the quality of care and compliance to staff leadership and operational management.
Essential Requirements:
We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader with:
• Experience as a Registered Manager in a regulated adult social care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the responsibilities of a Registered Manager.
• Demonstrable leadership and staff management experience.
• A track record of supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex care needs.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to manage across two services and resilience to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
