💼 What You'll Be Doing
This isn't just a job - it's a career accelerator. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
🌐 Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
🧠 Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
🤝 Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
💬 Negotiate offers - Make placements
🔄 Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
You'll be supported every step of the way with best-in-class training and a clear path to promotion through our SThree Velocity Programme.
