Junior Treasury Analyst - Multi-Strat Hedge Fund - Flexible working
A leading multi-strat, multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund is seeking a high-potential, super sharp junior to join its experienced and well-regarded London-based Treasury team.
The successful candidate will support BAU Treasury activities, helping to optimise liquidity, reduce operational risk, and maintain clear visibility across funding and collateral balances. Partnering with PMs, Trading Assistants, Risk, and administrators, you will build expertise in margin, FX, and settlements, while also leveraging coding skills to help automate, enhance, and streamline treasury processes.
We’re looking for a high-calibre candidate with strong academics (ideally STEM), 1–3 years’ experience in a non-investment role, and a genuine interest in moving into Treasury. Backgrounds from either investment banking or the buy-side are welcome, particularly those used to operating in high-volume, fast-paced environments with a strong desire to learn and take on responsibility. Coding skills (Python, VBA, SQL) are a significant advantage, especially for candidates keen to help enhance and automate processes.
Compensation is £45,000–£65,000 (DOE) plus a highly competitive bonus, with flexible hybrid working available.
