Home Manager | Residential Care | North Leeds
Stephen James Consulting are working with an established elderly care provider in the search for an experienced Home Manager based in North Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager or strong Deputy Home Manager to lead a well-established residential care service within the private pay market. The successful Home Manager will take full responsibility for operational leadership, quality, compliance, and overall service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day operations
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred residential care
* Drive occupancy within a private pay market
* Maintain strong CQC compliance and governance standards
* Lead, support, and develop staff teams
* Manage budgets and overall home performance
* Build strong relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
* Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager in elderly residential care
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
* Proven ability to improve service quality and performance
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience in private pay/self-funding homes desirable
This role offers a salary of £55,000 – £58,000, depending on experience.
