Exciting Opportunity: Derivatives Lawyer – London
A leading global investment bank is seeking a talented Derivatives Lawyer to join its Macro FX & Rates Legal team in London.
In this high-impact role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Legal and work on a broad range of matters, including:
* Supporting the International Markets business on legal and regulatory issues related to fixed-income trading.
* Advising on Macro Markets businesses, with a focus on Rates & FX.
* Driving innovative projects, including tech-based and process improvements.
This is a dynamic mix of transactional and advisory work, offering exposure to cutting-edge initiatives in global markets.
What we’re looking for:
* ✅ Qualified lawyer in the UK or another common law jurisdiction.
* ✅ Strong legal advisory experience in Rates & FX.
* ✅ Expertise in derivatives hedging for lending transactions.
Desirable skills:
* Knowledge of financial market regulations.
* Familiarity with ISDA definitions and documentation.
* Experience with derivatives documentation and transactions.
