Shifts: Days and nights
As a Care worker you will:
* Use equipment such as hoists to safely support with moving and handling.
* Assist individuals with everyday tasks, including personal care, light household duties, and meal preparation.
* Provide companionship and offer a warm, friendly presence to those you support.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with families and other healthcare professionals.
* Deliver care in a person‑centred manner, always prioritising the needs and preferences of each service user.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records at all times.
Requirements:
* 6 months UK based care experience.
* An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one.
* A caring personality and a strong desire to support others.
* A practical manual handling certificate.
