Role: Supervisor (Part time) – Fixed-Term Contract 3 Months
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
Pay: £13.61 per hour
What You’ll Do
Sales floor
* Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat them
* Drive exceptional service by modelling the selling ceremony and achieving KPIs
* Perform store walks to understand commerciality and visual merchandising
* Monitor sales performance and take action to support team success
* Handle escalated serious complaints with professionalism and care
Personal sales
* Build the bond between the brand and customers by answering queries, delivering exemplary service, and adapting to individuals’ personalities and needs
* Use deep product knowledge to create personal experiences and promote Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through selling skills (up-selling, UPT, ATV, conversion, productivity)
Store operations
* Act as key holder and manage store opening/closure procedures
* Cashing up and reconciling till systems
* Assist store management with administrative duties including recruitment and investigations/disciplinary hearings if required
* Assist with product and POS deliveries; unload and store items appropriately
* Operate till system and handle financial transactions; manage escalations from the team
* Maintain safety by following security policies on the shop floor
The Successful Candidate
Ambassador of the Pandora brand. Highly capable, with strong teamwork, to support the team in delivering an unforgettable in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
