Job Title: Director of Product and Technology
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Hybrid – Bristol (or within commutable distance to an office hub)

Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm

What you’ll do

* Set the vision – Define and lead a unified product and technology strategy aligned to business growth
* Drive product impact – Deliver customer‑centric products that create measurable value
* Lead technology – Build scalable, secure platforms and champion modern innovation (cloud, AI, data)
* Unite teams – Create strong collaboration between Product and Engineering with shared ownership
* Deliver at pace – Ensure high‑quality, predictable delivery with clear KPIs and outcomes
* Manage risk – Strengthen security, governance, and compliance
* Influence stakeholders – Advise senior leaders and drive adoption of change
* Build capability – Develop high‑performing, inclusive teams and future leaders
What we’re looking for
* You’re a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, and business.
* Proven experience in a senior Product and/or Technology leadership role
* Strong track record in product strategy, roadmap delivery, and innovation
* Deep understanding of modern software engineering, architecture, and cloud technologies
* Ability to connect product vision with technical execution and business value
* Commercially astute, with a focus on measurable outcomes
* Confident working with Boards and senior stakeholdersAn inspiring leader with exceptional communication and influencing skills
* Experience driving digital transformation and building high‑performing teams
