SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATOR Location: AASC, Cheshire WA3 6ZH Salary: £25,113.00 per annum plus Serco Benefits Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 8am – 4pm 1st week, 9am – 5pm 2nd week (Working from home days every Monday and Wednesday once training is completed) Ready to impact a better future? As a Service Delivery Coordinator in our AASC team, you will play a vital role in ensuring service users accommodation and transport needs are met within agreed contractual timescales. You will support service delivery in line with contractual obligations to UK Visas and Immigration, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high standards of operational performance. What you’ll do as an Service Delivery Coordinator Coordinate and process accommodation allocations, dispersals and transport requests within agreed KPI timeframes Liaise with customers to identify suitable accommodation, including for vulnerable individuals and those with additional needs Monitor daily property, room and transport availability to ensure appropriate occupancy levels and effective scheduling Manage regional dispersal targets and support mitigation planning where KPIs are at risk Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems and customer portals Schedule and allocate transport workflows, ensuring journeys are recorded and ready for billing Build effective working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders Manage shared and personal inboxes, responding promptly to operational queries Identify, escalate and provide mitigation for any contractual non-conformances Does this sound like you? Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Strong MS Excel and ICT capability Good geographical knowledge of the UK Flexibility to travel regionally and occasionally across the UK Vetting and checks: This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
