Our Client are looking for an experienced Immigration & Family Solicitor to join there Croydon office. This role requires expertise in both immigration and family law matters and offers a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a mixed caseload of immigration and family law matters.
* Advising clients on immigration applications, appeals, and judicial reviews.
* Handling family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
* Representing clients at hearings and court proceedings.
* Drafting legal documents and liaising with courts, Home Office, and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Immigration and Family Law.
* Strong advocacy and case management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
* Excellent client communication and legal drafting skills.
