With over 13 years of experience, we continue to set the standard for quality and customer care in the industry.*The Role*We are seeking a *skilled TIG Welder who can also Mig weld* to join our growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will work on fabricating high-quality steel components for playground structures, ensuring precision, safety, and durability in every project.*Responsibilities** Carry out *TIG welding* on stainless and mild steel components.* Read and interpret *engineering drawings* and technical specifications.* Fabricate, assemble, and finish metal parts for playground equipment.* Work to tight tolerances with a focus on *quality and safety standards (BS EN 1176, ASTM, CSA)*.* Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and organised workshop environment.* Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production staff.*Requirements** Proven experience as a *TIG welder* in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.* Ability to work with stainless and mild steel to high standards.* Competence in reading technical drawings and using fabrication tools.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.* Awareness of health & safety in a workshop environment.* Relevant welding qualifications/certifications preferred.*Benefits** Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).* Opportunity to work on *unique, high-quality projects* with a growing international company.* Supportive team environment with opportunities for development.* Long-term career progression as the company expands.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated TIG welder with a passion for quality and craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
