The Role
Marketing Executive.
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager within a leading HVAC manufacturing business, this is a 'hands-on' position to develop and help realise the company's marketing strategy, working towards meeting ambitious but realistic goals and objectives.
You will work collaboratively with all departments to develop company strategy in terms of vision Technical & Training Manager will have full accountability of company technical and training strategy and delivery. You will work collaboratively with all departments to develop strategy in order to drive business growth and profitability.
It is essential that you have experience in a similar Marketing role.
Responsibilities
* Significant contribution to marketing strategy and budget planning.
* Help deliver marketing strategy in accordance with budget.
* Develop creative marketing activity, delivered in-house with little or no input from external marketing agencies.
* Generation of marketing qualified leads in line with the company's 'vision' and 'traction' goals.
* Accountable for internal and external communications in terms of content, construction and grammar, ensuring that brand guidelines are met at all times.
* Design new and modify existing collateral in-house, using InDesign software or similar.
* Liaise with trade journals and develop opportunities for editorial content and advertising.
* Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends including legislative changes.
* Provide market research on specific topics as agreed with line manager.
* Develop 'search engine optimisation' to ensure UK market leading presence.
* Keep updated on marketing best practice and new developments.
* Assist in the design, development and realisation of things like website content, sales literature, social media & PR campaigns, email campaigns, newsletters etc.
* Meet KPI's: measure and report on marketing activity.
* Event management activities.
* Support sales team with key account and target account activity and promotion.
* Provide promotional merchandise to support sales activity.
Requirements
* 3 years' experience in a related role.
* Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification.
* Experience using Adobe InDesign.
£30,000 annual salary.
Based in Ledbury, Herefordshire, to include UK wide and some European travel.
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, Friday 8:30am to 4pm.
