Interim Asset Investment Manager (6-Month Contract) Competitive Day Rate - Immediate Start Based in Northamptonshire We are seeking an experienced Asset Investment Manager to support the delivery of a major asset investment programme on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to make an immediate impact in housing and asset management. The Role: Oversee the delivery of planned investment and compliance programmes. Lead and support a team of surveyors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high customer service standards. Manage contractors, budgets, and performance, ensuring value for money and compliance. Drive improvements in service delivery and operational performance. About You: Strong background in asset investment, construction, or property maintenance. Proven experience managing multi-site projects, budgets, and teams. Excellent project management, contract management, and leadership skills. Housing sector knowledge and customer-focused approach.
