Customer Assistant
Overall Purpose
Our customer assistants are the essential link between our business and our customers. From day one, you’ll act as a brand ambassador offering great customer service to help us deliver our mission of being the home of the ultimate big screen experience.
You’re not required to have prior working experience to be a successful customer assistant, but you must have enthusiasm and passion to help create an exciting atmosphere for the millions of customers that visit us each year.
You’ll be hands-on greeting customers, serving at retail counters, keeping the cinema clean, and equipped with the knowledge to answer queries about our latest content and blockbusters.
Many of our employees started as customer assistants and have developed careers within our business.
What Will I Be Doing?
* Supporting the customer journey: greeting customers, offering prompt service, supporting with queries, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and safe environment, and providing after-care to ensure satisfaction.
* Using pace and efficiency at the till to maintain high customer service levels and manage queue times.
* Communicating current content features, showtimes, and alternative options to customers.
* Using training tools to confidently complete daily tasks.
* Sharing information about pricing, booking options, and content offerings.
* Supporting customer understanding of products and services, sharing fun facts and key information.
* Informing customers about food & beverage options, promotions, and combos.
* Keeping all areas of the cinema clean and tidy.
* Maintaining a safe environment by reporting suspicious behaviors or disruptions.

* Experience working with people is preferred but not essential.
