Benefits: Van and Fuel card provided 23 days + Bank holidays Key Responsibilities: General Carpentry Work: Carry out a wide range of carpentry tasks, including 1st and 2nd fix work, door hanging, skirting, and architraves, as well as other joinery tasks. Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance: Work in occupied and void properties, repairing and maintaining elements of social housing, such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and doors. Property Refurbishments: Undertake refurbishment work across various housing units, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with tenants and the public, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest standard, with minimal disruption.
