Phoenix Futures is looking for a dedicated Drug and Alcohol Practitioner to support individuals in their recovery journey. This role is primarily based at our Glossop and Buxton sites, working 30 hours a week on a permanent contract. Youll manage a caseload and provide tailored support to promote better health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in substance use treatment or a strong motivation for recovery. We offer a starting salary of £26,298 with annual increments and a range of benefits including 25 days of annual leave, continuous training, and support.
