The Role:
Flagship Consulting is working in partnership with one of the UK's leading Construction Consultancies to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the private residential sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects and offering clear progression pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
* Managing the procurement process and advising on contract strategy
* Providing post-contract commercial management
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the private residential sector
* Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)
* Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and commercial acumen
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
