At Davisons Law we have a dedicated New Build conveyancing team that understands the unique pressures, timelines, and legal complexities involved in buying newly built homes.

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a supportive Business Development team and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the new build sector. Reporting to the Davisons Law Head of New Business, this role will focus on building strong relationships with developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders You will have knowledge and experience working with New Builds and Sales.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

* Must have a proven experience in business development or sales, within the New Build industry.
* Be able to identify and pursue opportunities with national and regional housebuilders, developers, and contractors.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
* Attend networking, client events and meetings to promote Davisons Law.
* To be able to build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the new build sector.
* Collaborate with internal conveyancing teams (fee earners and new build solicitor) to meet deadlines (28-day exchanges)
* Ideally you will have an existing strong network within the housing development sector.
* You will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
* You will be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* You must be prepared to travel to meet clients and attend business and networking events.
