I'm working with a well‑established London law firm seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (5-7 PQE) to join its residential property team as part of its continued growth.
This opportunity will particularly suit a solicitor who has trained and developed within an established, high‑quality firm and is now looking for their next step - offering greater responsibility, clear progression, and the chance to play a visible role in a growing practice.
The successful candidate will manage a varied, high‑quality caseload, work closely with high‑profile clients, and contribute meaningfully to the ongoing success of a well‑respected residential property team. The Role
In this position, you will:
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
* Advise clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, and related residential property matters
* Ensure full compliance with SRA and CQS requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and client care
* Build, develop, and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
* Take an active and visible role in business development, including networking, attending events, and supporting the firm's growth initiatives

About You
You will have:
* Solid experience in residential property law (ideally 5+ years' PQE)
* Experience gained within a reputable, well-regarded law firm, and a clear desire to progress
* Confidence and enthusiasm for business development and being active in the
* Excellent attention to detail and strong client‑facing communication skills
* The ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy environment
* Strong IT and case?management skills
* A proactive, commercial, and collaborative approach
