My client, an industry leading Awning design and instillation firm are looking for a Project Coordinator to support their growing consultancy team, enabling them to better advise our customers in their pursuit of the perfect awning solution. Main Responsibilities of the role include: * Tracking open projects ensuring they are passed over to manufacture within strict time limits from date of payment. * Liaising with clients to complete find missing information or confirm detail within an order. * Checking surveys and drawings to ensure that manufacturing sizes are correct. * Creating manufacturing and installation documents, using the information provided from the sales consultants, to be passed on to our Operations team. The right candidate will have: * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Particularly with Excel and Outlook). * Project Management experience (dealing with multiple small projects at one time) * Very high attention to detail. Beneficial Experience and Traits include: * Experience with CRM systems. * Enjoys problem solving and out of the box thinking. * Has some installation / manufacturing / design knowledge. * Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator This is an office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
