Part-Time Customer Relations Assistant (Temporary) | Thetford Your new role This is a part-time role for 22.5 hours per week which will be worked across 3 days from Monday to Friday each week (Monday is an essential working day). The Customer Relations Assistant will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service, dealing with high volume calls, checking memberships and processing payments, working as part of a streamlined team. Duties include * Processing sales * Administration * Handling of customer enquiries What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this job, you will require: Proven administrative ability and attention to detail. Competent IT user with experience of Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook).
