Accident Repair Quality Controller | Southall | Salary DOE | Monday to Friday | Permanent Position Responsibilities: Inspect completed repairs for overall quality and accuracy Ensure all work meets current industry standards and customer expectations Verify correct usage of all parts, materials, and repair methods Check for any paint imperfections or colour mismatches Confirm that all safety protocols are followed throughout the repair process Review all repair documentation to ensure proper and accurate record-keeping Carry out final inspections before vehicles are released to customers Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly Provide constructive feedback and training support to technicians when required Continuously monitor and improve quality control procedures and standards Key Requirements: Proven experience working in a busy bodyshop or accident repair centre Previous experience in a quality control or supervisory role is highly desirable Strong understanding of modern vehicle repair techniques and industry standards Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work A proactive, organised, and reliable approach to daily tasks What's On Offer: Salary dependent on experience (up to £35,000 per annum) Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - no weekends Full-time, permanent position A chance to work within a well-equipped, Kitemark-accredited repair centre Ongoing opportunities for training and professional development This role is ideal for a quality-driven professional who takes pride in their work and is looking to contribute to a forward-thinking and reputable business.
