TeacherActive is currently seeking an enthusiastic P.E. Teacher who is confident delivering high-quality physical education across Primary Schools in Birmingham. This is a flexible, supply-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, new environments, and working with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
We welcome applications from teachers with:
QTS in Primary Education who have a strong interest or background in P.E.
QTS in Secondary P.E. who are happy to adapt their practice for Primary settings.

The Role:
Delivering engaging, inclusive P.E. lessons across Primary year groups
Potential opportunities to teach P.E. within Secondary settings depending on your preference and experience
Managing behaviour positively and maintaining high expectations
Following school policies and adapting to different school environments
Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and fostering a love for sport and physical activity
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Primary or Secondary (P.E. specialism desirable)
Experience delivering P.E. lessons to children
A flexible, adaptable approach to teaching
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Willingness to work in multiple Primary Schools across Birmingham
A valid DBS Certificate or willingness to apply for one through TeacherActive
Eligibility to work in the UK
Ability to provide two references from recent employers
