Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality support to Consultants
2. Draft technical suitability reports in accordance with compliance guidelines
3. Assist Consultants in producing and issuing client advice, including liaising with product providers and conducting product research
4. Prepare and issue client reviews, obtaining product-specific information such as switch fees, available funds, and charges
5. Work with FE analytics
6. Utilize IRESS for quotes and protection case preparation
7. Coordinate the issuance of client advice, correspondence, and enclosures
8. Process new business through to conclusion
9. Work with platform sites
10. Complete replacement business forms and gather information from providers
11. Produce quotes and relevant application paperwork via external provider platforms
12. Ensure all case paperwork is signed and complete, including suitability reports, fact finds, quotes, application forms, and other documents
13. Process high-risk business (ad hoc), such as BED/ISA, top-up, fund switches, contribution changes, and withdrawals
14. Produce post-investment valuations
15. Use back-office systems (Intelligent Office & Volume) for accurate record keeping, client file updates, and document scanning
16. Serve as the IFA point of contact for queries related to cases, both pre- and post-submission
Requirements
1. Previous experience in the Financial Services industry
2. A proven track record in providing high-quality administrative support
3. Working towards CII Level 4 qualifications (desirable)
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines
6. Exceptional attention to detail
7. Strong team player
8. A self-motivated, driven, passionate individual committed to delivering high levels of client care and pride in their work
