Role Summary: Working in a clean manufacturing environment where the highest quality standards are observed, you will work as part of the Engineering team to improve processes, procedures, and efficiency of the team. Main Responsibilities: * Identify and manage projects related to production engineering equipment that will enhance operational performance. * Conduct studies to understand and optimize process efficiency, cycle times, bottlenecks, and equipment maintenance, with the goal of improving OEE. * Proactively contribute to component and product improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and quality. * Support engineering change controls, non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, and documentation updates. * Assist the Production Engineering Team in resolving issues affecting equipment efficiency. * Support the Production Engineering Team in enhancing overall effectiveness through refined processes, documentation, tooling, housekeeping, and training. * Support the project handover process for capital projects to ensure a smooth transition to the engineering team. * Prepare robust financial justifications for proposed improvements and changes. * Undertake equipment modifications where necessary and carr...
