Location: Monmouth & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts
Pay Rates: £ £13.50 per hour
Must be able to work every other weekend.

Your Role as a Care Assistant As a Care Assistant, you'll support people to live independently and comfortably in their own homes - where they feel happiest.
Every visit is unique, but what stays the same is the difference you make each day.
You'll build trusted relationships while helping with:
* Personal care, washing, dressing, and toileting
* Supporting mobility, including transfers or walking aids
* Preparing meals and snacks to suit individual needs
* Helping with shopping, errands, or collecting prescriptions
* Keeping the home tidy, clean, and safe
* Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
* Supporting hobbies, activities, and community outings
* Communicating with the office team to ensure high-quality care

What You'll Need You don't need previous experience - you'll receive full training and support - but you do need a caring heart and a can-do attitude.
Essential:
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* The right to work in the UK
* Good communication skills and written English
* A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
