The Role You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently, dealing with approximately 20 new instructions per month.
The work is entirely local, with no panel involvement and no volume conveyancing.
Matters will typically include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Re-mortgages General residential property matters The emphasis is very much on client care, accuracy, and relationships, rather than throughput.
