Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences. Managed within the Corporate & B2B Product Management (CBPM) organization, central billing products (BTA, vPayment, virtual cards) are critical payment solutions for our most valuable corporate customers. The CBPM team spearheads the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of G&L and US MM customers. How will you make an impact in this role? The Sr. Manager, Travel Strategy & Partnerships will play a critical role managing partners (e.g. Travel Management Companies (TMCs), payment facilitators) and developing partner strategies to support product growth. With the rapid evolution of/rise of central bill usage for T&E, this role requires someone with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive an end-to-end commercial enablement plan through partners - who we rely on for product enablement. - Manage partner relationship, including development of partner growth strategies, contract management/negotiation, and third-party lifecycle management. - Partner with product management teams to develop a cohesive and forward-looking partnership strategy and roadmap for innovation to support product growth - Develop technical understanding of payment flows and liaise with internal solutioning and implementation teams to ensure best-in-class technical integration with partners - Establish robust partner management norms, including standardized reporting, invoice / payment management, partner P&L / economics. - Partner closely with various functional teams including: GCO, Compliance, Servicing, Implementations, Field, Product Management, Product Development and Marketing Minimum Qualifications - Proven experience in Partner Management or Product Management/Strategy - Experience in Partnership Management, Technical Integrations - Proven interest / knowledge of the Corporate Travel industry - Demonstrated experience with global partnerships and comfort navigating market by market nuances while elevating a globally consistent value proposition - Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to influence agendas and drive partner engagement - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and executive presence including partner/client facing experience and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Qualifications We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
