We are looking for an Insight Manager to join our LS11 agency team. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions for clients and internal teams -delivering real, measurable impact. You’ll combine analytical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to enhance collaboration, uncover growth opportunities, and manage a small team focused on delivering exceptional insights.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
* Leading insight generation and collaboration across internal teams and client partnerships

* Providing line management to two team members, supporting their growth and impact
* Driving innovation in data handling and visualisation
* Turning complex data into accessible, actionable recommendations
* Streamlining workflows and identifying automation opportunities
* Strengthening SMG’s insight offering through stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement
