Axcis are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Kent who are seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to join their enhanced learning provision on an interim basis starting next week.About the Role •Position: SEND Teacher (KS1/KS2) •Start date: Immediate – from next week •Contract: Interim, with potential for extension •Location: Kent (accessible from Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, and surrounding areas) This role will be based within a specialist provision for children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and a range of additional needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering an adapted curriculum focused on: •Practical, topic-based learning •Social communication and interaction •Sensory and emotional regulation •Play and behaviour support Candidate Requirements •Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent •Proven experience supporting children with SEND, ideally Autism •Ability to differentiate lessons and provide engaging, inclusive learning opportunities •Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach •Able to work Monday to Friday 8.15am to 3.45pm
