Chef - Catering Services Location: Winchester Salary: Band 3 We're looking for a dedicated Chef to join our catering team, helping deliver high‑quality meals to staff, visitors, and service users. This is a hands‑on role where you'll prepare fresh dishes, support menu development, and ensure food safety standards are consistently met. What you'll do Prepare and cook meals from fresh ingredients Present dishes to a high standard with portion control Support function catering and special dietary requirements Maintain hygiene, record food temperatures, and follow food safety legislation Assist with menu planning and stock rotation What we're looking for City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 (or equivalent) Basic Food Hygiene certificate (Intermediate desirable) Experience in large‑scale food production Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and food hygiene regulations Strong teamwork, organisation, and communication skills Flexible, professional, and calm under pressure Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
