Youll deliver apprenticeships from Level 2 up to Level 5, supporting learners both in the workplace and remotely. If you have experience in adult care and want to help develop the next generation of care professionals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver L2L5 Health & Social Care apprenticeships
Blend of face-to-face and online delivery
Manage learner caseloads in Northwest, primarily in Merseyside and Cheshire
Youll Need:
Must hold your own NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
Have occupational experience within Health and Social Care as a Senior Support Worker or above
Confidence in delivering Maths and English Functional Skills
Ideally hold or be willing to work towards a recognised Level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent / above)
Hold an Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA)
Ideally hold an IQA qualification
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Confidence with online delivery (Teams)
