Responsibilities:
8. To acquire the knowledge, skills, and certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant by participation in the facility's planned educational program consisting of classroom instructions, clinical practice, and on-the-job, supervised training, and to perform certain services for which you have been trained and found to be competent during the training period.
Key Qualifications:
9. Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education.
10. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
11. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
