Role: Outreach Worker Location: East Midlands (Leicester, Derby, Nottingham) Rate: £14 – £18 per hour (depending on pay status) Duration: Temporary – Minimum 2 Months Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Outreach Worker to join the Anti-Trafficking & Modern Slavery Unit, supporting adult survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking across the East Midlands. If you're passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and making a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you. You will manage a caseload of 17–20 clients, providing practical and emotional support through tailored support planning. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs and risk assessments, assisting with housing and benefit issues, supporting with immigration-related matters, and working closely with external agencies to ensure a holistic and trauma-informed approach. Requirements: Experience supporting vulnerable adults, young people, or children in accommodation or community-based services Preferred background in abuse, trafficking, homelessness, mental health, complex needs, offending behaviour or refugee/asylum support Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service Full driving licence and access to a vehicle highly desirable, as community travel is required Supporting Futures acts as both an agency and employer
