Your Role
Step into Leadership as a Front Line Manager! In this pivotal role, you'll lead and support a team of office-based operational staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day processes across key business functions. This position is perfect for someone who excels at coaching, swiftly solving problems, and upholding high performance standards in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.You'll be instrumental in driving team success, meeting operational targets, and cultivating a positive, productive team culture.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage and support a team of office-based employees, ensuringdaily tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
* Monitor team performance, hold regularone-to-ones, and provide coaching, feedback, and support to help individualsreach their full potential.
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuringworkflows are well organised, deadlines are met, and issues are resolvedpromptly.
* Tackle challenges as they arise, workingcollaboratively with other departments to maintain smooth operations and strongservice delivery.
* Ensure your team adheres to companypolicies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Act as the link between your team and leadership,ensuring clear and timely communication of goals, updates, and expectations.
* Identify areas for improvement in processes orsystems and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives.
* Track and report on team performance, workload, andoperational metrics to support informed decision-making.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Previous experience in a supervisory or teamleader role in an office or warehouse environment is essential.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop ahigh-performing team.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, withthe ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Able to givedirection, provide feedback, and liaise across teams.
* Comfortable using business systems and MicrosoftOffice tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* A proactive approach to identifying issues andimplementing effective solutions.
* Managing performanceand expectations in a busy operational setting.
* Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality
