About the role
Creative is one of Simmers biggest growth levers. Were looking for someone who can help us make more of it.
This isnt a traditional producer role and it definitely isnt just project management.
One day you might be scripting content for Simmy. The next you could be organising a creator shoot, working with ambassadors, spotting a trend worth jumping on or figuring out how to turn one great idea into twenty pieces of content. Youll work across paid social, founder content, UGC, partnerships, product launches and whatever else we think might help grow the brand.
Your job is simple: Help us make better creative, more often.
What youll be doing
* Turning ideas into content people actually want to watch.
* Writing scripts and building shot lists.
* Producing photo and video shoots.
* Working with creators, ambassadors and external partners.
* Finding smarter ways to make one shoot go further.
* Using AI and new tools to improve speed and quality.
* Working closely with creative, growth and brand to turn good ideas into commercial results.

* Youre interested in social, creators and internet culture.
* You enjoy making things, not just talking about them.
* You can think strategically but youre equally happy picking up a camera or jumping into an edit.
* Youre curious about AI and new creative tools.
* You solve problems rather than waiting for instructions.
* Youre comfortable working at pace and changing direction when needed.
You might come from social, content, production, marketing, agencies, creator businesses or somewhere completely different.
Were much more interested in your ideas, judgement and ability to execute than whether youve followed a traditional path.
