With a strong pipeline of secured work and a supportive, collaborative culture, this is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Building Surveyor looking to progress their career and achieve chartered status.As an Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional and project services across healthcare and education portfolios. You will be given responsibility from day one and will be trusted to manage your workload independently. Typical responsibilities will include:
* Contract administration and project delivery
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
* Condition surveys and reports
* Feasibility studies and specifications
* Client liaison and stakeholder management
* Producing drawings and technical details using CAD

You will join a consultancy that is committed to supporting you through your APC and onto chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Building Surveyor who:
* Has 2+ years experience within a building consultancy environment
* Has strong experience working across commercial, healthcare, or education projects
* Is highly proficient in CAD and able to independently complete work from day one
* Is confident managing tasks autonomously and meeting deadlines
* Has a clear ambition to achieve MRICS status
* Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
