About The Role As Of Operational Payments Team Administrator We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. Whether you're fresh out of education or transitioning into a finance role for the first time, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. We provide comprehensive training, ensuring you gain the knowledge and skills needed for success. Key Responsibilities (No Prior Experience Required) Processing supplier invoices and managing payments in line with company policies Supporting internal colleagues with purchasing, credit card transactions and BACS payments. Tracking financial records to ensure accuracy and organisation. Reconciling banking and credit accounts using company accounting software. Developing skills in supplier statement reconciliation and financial reporting.
