Overview
Operating across Ireland, UK and Europe, Boven Safety Management Ltd are a leading Health & Safety Consultancy to our leading multinational Construction, Fit-Out, & Manufacturing based clients. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to work with a number of our clients across UK & Ireland with the development and delivery of their Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Systems. This will include, but not limited to, undertaking audits and inspections, developing operating procedures, preparing reports and statistics, delivering presentations as well as providing advice and guidance to clients and their employees. Although primarily office based from our head office in Hillsborough, County Down, this role will require occasional travel to client’s offices & sites throughout Ireland and UK.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses, providing actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
