Pension Administration Manager

South East Employers – Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) – is seeking a Pension Administration Manager to join our Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund.

The Role

The Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund is looking for an enthusiastic individual to deliver a high‑quality pensions administration service to current and former members of the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Responsibilities

* Oversee the pension administration team and ensure delivery of services in accordance with the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations and related legislation.
* Manage pension administration service and deputise for the Deputy Head of Pension Fund as required.
* Line‑manage five direct reports and oversee the wider pension administration team of 32 staff.
* Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders – employers, scheme members (active, deferred, retired) and the administering authority.
* Prioritise duties, work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
