We are looking to recruit a Band 6 qualified practitioner, either a Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist, into our Home Treatment team.

Support and Induction:
You will join a supportive team that provides induction to familiarize you with local provisions and services.
Role Overview:
The service offers an alternative to hospital admission and facilitates early discharge from inpatient wards. The successful candidate will demonstrate confidence as a mental health practitioner with excellent assessment and risk management skills, capable of managing complex situations under pressure.
Working Hours:
Flexible duty rota covering Home Treatment seven days a week from 9am to 7pm, including crisis team shifts across a 24-hour period, including nights.
Team and Community Links:
We work closely with inpatient units, Locality teams, partner agencies, and third-sector organizations to provide comprehensive community services. The team is working towards accreditation and values a strengths and recovery-based approach.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with families and supporting their understanding of crisis management
* Working alongside partner organizations and peer support services
Qualifications:
Must have a qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy and be registered with the relevant governing bodies.
