Elevate Supported Living is seeking to employ caring, motivated and experienced Therapeutic Adult Support Workers with life experience and relevant care qualifications to join our expanding team.
Elevate Supported Living provides therapeutic, innovative and creative support for adults who require support with mental health, complex needs and learning disabilities.
Job Details
As Therapeutic Adult Support Workers, you will support adult service users through a range of direct and preventative work.
You will ensure that the physical, emotional, religious, educational and psychological needs of service users are met through the development and maintenance of a supportive and caring environment.
You will plan and participate in the formulation, implementation, and delivery of care plans.
You will work with adults and their families and carers, individually and in groups, addressing social skills and personal issues with the aim of enhancing the relationships.
About You
You will have a recent history of working with people with mental health, learning disabilities and complex needs for a minimum of 6 months.
The role requires you to work a shift pattern, therefore you should be flexible and in return we will support, train and equip you to improve the quality of life for vulnerable adults.
You should be able to communicate professionally and effectively with adult citizens, other team members, courts, professionals from statutory or voluntary sectors and other agencies.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
