People Hub Advisor
12‑month fixed term contract. This role is part of the People Hub Team, which partners with the business to deliver a people proposition.
Working Pattern
The People Hub Support Centre is open 7 days a week. A full‑time contract includes 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern. You will work some bank holidays and weekends, which are shared evenly with the team. Sample rota: Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm or 10am‑6pm on rotation; Saturday and Sunday 9am‑5pm (1 in 3); bank holiday support on an ad‑hoc basis. Weekend days give a day off in lieu.
Assessment Centre
If shortlisted, you will attend an in‑person assessment centre lasting approximately 2 hours. Activities include a structured interview and a collaborative group task.
What You’ll Do
* Provide efficient and accurate administrative support for day‑to‑day team operations, including data entry, document handling, and system updates.
* Ensure excellent service for M&S colleagues and customers.
* Respond to queries from colleagues via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update internal records and trackers to support smooth workflow and compliance.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate tasks and share knowledge.
