Internal Sales Executive - Renewable Energy
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join a fast-growing renewable energy business. This position plays a key role in supporting installer partners, managing inbound and outbound sales, and ensuring an outstanding level of customer service. The successful candidate will enjoy working with technical products, have stong communication skills, and be motivated by delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with installer and B2B customers.
* Manage inbound enquiries, calls, and orders with accuracy and professionalism.
* Produce quotations for renewable energy systems and associated components.
* Proactively follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales.
* Support senior sales staff with account management and customer engagement.
* Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Keep CRM systems up to date with all customer information, interactions, and pipeline activity.
* Provide clear product knowledge and technical guidance to clients.
* Contribute to sales campaigns, promotions, and lead follow-up initiatives.
* Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
* Process customer orders and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Chase outstanding quotations and maintain momentum with prospective customers.
* Provide support for tenders, proposals, and pricing requirements.
* Prepare sales reports and performance tracking data for management.
