The Role As Legal Director, you will:
Manage a varied and high-quality caseload across commercial real estate
Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters
Support the Real Estate Partner with team growth and continuous improvement
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, helping them develop and succeed
Maintain strong relationships with key clients while contributing to further growth
About you You will be:
A qualified solicitor with significant experience in a leading Real Estate team
Confident managing files independently and delivering excellent technical work
Experienced in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Strong on commercial landlord and tenant matters, particularly for corporate occupiers
Known for being personable, confident and commercially minded
A natural collaborator who builds trusted relationships internally and externally
Experienced in leading, supervising and mentoring others
Self-motivated, performance-driven and committed to delivering high-quality advice
