Job Description
We are working with a highly ranked, Legal 500 firm who are seeking an Employment Solicitor (minimum 3 years’ PQE) to join their Employment team in Leeds.
You will enjoy a varied workload combining contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advisory work, and support on transactional projects, while also playing an active role in client relationship management, business development and team development.
What you’ll be doing:
* Advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment and general advisory matters
* Managing your own caseload and developing strong, long-term client relationships
* Supporting transactional teams on employment aspects of corporate, commercial, restructuring and insolvency matters
* Assisting senior colleagues on complex work while mentoring and supervising junior members of the team
About you:
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, specialising in employment law
* Experience gained predominantly advising employers, ideally within a busy, well-regarded employment team
* Strong technical knowledge with the ability to advise clients confidently and pragmatically
* Commercially minded, relationship-focused, and comfortable working across multiple sectors
