Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Fine Elements Ltd. Your primary duties will include:
* Prospecting and generating leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
* Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
* Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
* Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and requirements.
