A well-established secondary school in Northumberland is seeking a Science Teacher to join its successful department. The role includes teaching across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 available for subject specialists.
The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons, maintain high standards of safety in laboratory settings, and drive strong academic outcomes.

Key responsibilities
6. Deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
7. Teach GCSE Science (A-Level desirable but not essential)
8. Plan practical investigations safely and effectively
9. Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
The ideal candidate
10. QTS (or equivalent)
11. Specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
12. Confident managing practical lessons and H&S requirements
13. Strong classroom management and organisational skills
